Lint rule to advise usage of Formatters where appropriate #13

Having a lint rule that could detect strings such as:

  • "Item costs $ %@"
  • "%@ %% off"
    and so on... would be useful

Look for strings where a (NS)NumberFormatter with currency or percentage style would be better suited
