Fix #26 by adding an MIT license #27

Add an MIT license to the project.

Motivation

The project is still missing an open source license.

Solution

I'm suggesting an MIT license based on the related projects mentioned in the README. Both ethers.js and rust-web3 use an MIT license, while ethcontract-rs uses a similar Apache license.

Hey @andrekorol, thanks for the PR! I have chosen to dual license it under MIT/Apache 2 in #28. Closing this PR in favor of that
