Example: Stitch Gene Blocks

Problem: Users are offered only the dbkeys present in the original, default data source. Other options are effectively inaccessible.

Related: Was 100-way recently added/updated on Main? If not, and dependencies are fine, we can move this to the tool repo.

Test data history (input): https://usegalaxy.org/u/jen-galaxyproject/h/maf-tools

Reported at: Biostars https://biostar.usegalaxy.org/p/19115/

This is probably a tool form or possibly data table issue and could be moved to the right repo depending on what the actual underlying problem is.

Ps: These tools need a Data Manager, too. EU doesn't have any MAF data indexed and ORG is outdated. Getting MAF data into a Galaxy history is tedious at best and uses a huge amount of quota space .. meaning none left to actually use it, even if the concatenated format is magically right (rarely is the first time).

Recent Galaxy Help post about this: https://help.galaxyproject.org/t/extracting-maf-blocks-from-regions-of-the-human-grch38-hg38-assembly/2044. Such a terrible answer/work-around imo.

ping @blankenberg ?? What to do next? These tools are becoming obsolete due to data and they are so useful! Nothing else like them exists, anywhere.
