regardless of the encoded id. This includes libraries, datasets, histories, visualizations etc.

for extra points:

  • make them 'nice' (i.e. not /asdf56asd4f6as15df3a4f/, but /ladftg/ or even /cucumber-avocado/
  • allow user to name their URLs
