When using run_tests.sh, I had no idea that an HTML report file is automatically created even if you don't use --report_file. This small fix clarifies that in the help text. It also prints a message at the end telling you one has been created, and what its filename is. This would've been very useful when I was trying to debug my usage of the script and the --report_file option.

Make clear that run reports are created by default, print the filename.
