This is a minor fix. By removing the uneccessary float attribute the message view avoids interference with neighboring dom margin settings. See e.g. the requirements message in the tool form. The fixed version is shown at the top and the current at the bottom. Without this fix the margin between the bottom of the message and the first input element title (here: "Plot title") is collapsed.
