Display input and output tool labels in the workflow editor #6770

I think this makes it a lot easier to choose the correct variable.

Closes #6764

This displays the output label (if available) in the output section, for
instance `Configure Output: 'Table split on column'` instead of
`Configure Output: 'out1'`, and it displays available input variables as
a list in the Rename dataset section, with the label next to the
variable name.

This makes renaming outputs and connecting the right stuff so much easier for those tools where the wrapper author likes short variables!! 🎉
