Describe the bug

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add a new page (or skip steps and use this page
  2. Add any of the blocks mentioned above
  3. Upload the SVG icon from the link above
  4. Try to change the Icon Color to any color (e.g. Black)
  5. See that the icon doesn't show up

Expected behavior
SVG icons should display correctly for Icon List, Carousel block & Map block
