Controller profiles are added when someone with the controller creates a button map (Settings -> System -> Input -> Configure controllers).

If I have the controller, I'll create button maps on every single platform we support. But without the controller I rely on the community.

However, without the controller there's not much I can do. If you or someone are willing to sponsor a team member with the controller, we'll get you a button map. Or you can obtain the controller yourself and create a map and submit it.
