Any attributes that are not built because they do not match the includes/excludes should be mentioned, with a link to documentation about how to change that. By default, certain packages (e.g. aarch64-darwin and aarch64-linux) are not built, and this can be confusing/surprising.

Additionally, there should be a mention of what attributes are considered at all.
