This creates the structure necessary to work with Pathogen by using the pycomplexity.vim directory inside a
bundledir.It also adds the option to toggle Complexity on or off and to have it optionally run all the time by setting a variable in your .vimrc (all explained in the docs).
I know you "build" some files, but wanted to have a first pass before moving forward and messing with the build code.
