ST Table failing to import

ST Table is failing to import again, looking at the previous bug i suspect it is the same issue that occurred mid 2021
When i add $Error[0].Exception.InnerException.InnerExceptions to the powershell script i get the following;

Received an invalid column length from the bcp client for colid 92

An option "not provided" appears to have been added to the Emergency contacts field in CASES, this is over the 11 character parameter set on the local ST table in SQL. We opted to change this to varchar(max)
