I get an error message {“code“:-1,“message“:“Creating API V4 key and secret failed“} when creating an API v4 key.

I select all the permissions as "read only" and click save. Then input my fund password and google auth. After clicking the button, an error appears "Creating API v4 key and secret failed".

The API key generation succeeds if user does not check the "options" checkbox.
