Could not find libicuin65.dll when run Go.bat in the win32 folder #35

After complied by running the autobuild.bat, i try to run the Go.bat in the win32 foler, it could not find libicuin65.dll.

Fixed with c438a11
I need to create a new release, for now update msys2/ps/autobuild.sh manually.
