MSYS2 not finishing the initial setup

I downloaded the lastest release of proxspace v3.11 but unfortunately my setup after running .\runme64.bat is stuck at "reinstalling mingw-w64-x86_64-cmake"

Any help is really appreciated, what am I doing wrong?

after several tries I found out it is NOT sufficient to extract the contents of the zip into the download folder, root level is needed and extracting into C://proxspace fixed the problem. Also finally used the prechached files without the need to wait long while MSYS2 is initializing.
