application grouping - open multiple applications at once

Can there be an added functionality to allow for multiple applications to be opened at once?

I often open my messages, reminders, and notes apps as more of "auxiliary apps" to just briefly reference things and find myself opening all three in succession. If I could instead combine all three under one keyboard shortcut and have the windows set in different places on my monitor so they are all viewable at once that would save a lot of presses and be much easier on the eyes.

Think of this as dual wielding Odin's Spear and Thor's Hammer.

Better yet I'll look into combining messages and reminder apps into one application to rule them all. Previously I used Microsoft To-Do with a VSCode extension. There is no extension for Apple products but maybe that will be possible.
