Capabilities producing incorrect counts #20

https://api.gbif.org/v2/map/occurrence/density/capabilities.json shows 291M records which is wrong

Similarly with Animalia https://api.gbif.org/v2/map/occurrence/density/capabilities.json?taxonKey=1

https://www.gbif.org/species/0 also shows an incorrect count, but in addition has a suspiciously populated map which should be verified.

Capabilities count inaccuracies appear to be limited to the tile based maps and appears for taxa and publishers
