Add the apps TopNav/TopBar using the AppBat from MUI v5.11

Height should always be 60px on Desktop

Items on this component should be:

  • User Icon or Avatar
  • Switch to control theme
  • Bell /Notifications for Event and Message Notification
  • Envelope/Mail for Messages
  • Some type of icon for non-chat user messages
  • Logo (Placeholder for 40x40 icon or png
  • Menu/Hamburger Icon to open the Drawer
  • Name of the app SavvyBudget
  • User Icon Dropdown context menu to bottom left
    With Profile, Settings, Help, Login/Logout,
