For the Gaffer 2.1.0 release some changes were introduced to update deprecated Actions syntax. Due to ambiguity of the deprecation change notes, the wrong syntax was used causing part of the release to use the wrong Gaffer version (string missing).

This needs to be fixed and the snapshot version manually set to 2.1.1-SNAPSHOT.
