license mismatch: gemspec should indicate GPL-3+ instead of LGPL-3+

Hi,

The gemspec file indicate that your gem is LGPL-3.0+. However, the COPYING file, and the header in lib/gtkhex.rb indicate GPL-3 or above as the license.
I believe that the gemspec file should read GPL-3+ instead.
