Sync A Teams OneDrive Folder To Windows

Add a Sync

  1. Navigate to the folder in the Teams channel Files section you want to sync.
  2. Click the Open In SharePoint button at the top.
  3. In SharePoint, click the Sync button.
  4. Approve the permissions request if one appears.
  5. You should now have an entry in the left sidebar of File Explorer with the name of the Team and a sub-item of the folder you synced.

Remove a Sync

  1. Open the OneDrive app.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Navigate to the Account tab.
  4. You should see an entry for your sync in the "x locations are syncing" box.
  5. Click Stop Sync next to your sync.
  6. Click Stop Sync in the confirmation dialog that appears.
