Environment Testing Required

Can someone go down the rabbithole testing 0.11.2 on various WIn[32/64]bit versions with GCC?

• Cannot install on Windows GNU: cannot find -lntdll and -lz while linking #84
• Failed to build on Windows with GCC target #89

Also Mac builds may need some potential TLC

• "dyld: Library not loaded" on macOS in crate with rust-toolchain file #47
• Reduce install friction for macOS users #149

I am not sure whether some of em works and should be in CI - I am knee deep on cargo de-couple atm.
