@monsieurp Thanks for the advice. My last packages were moved from the science overlay to tree without my interaction, but of cause I will take care. |
nbdime provides tools for diffing and merging of Jupyter Notebooks. Beside console based diffing and merging tools, web-based diffing and merging tools are provided (requiring npm). The ebuild is based on the live ebuild in the science overlay, https://github.com/gentoo-science/sci, which was added by me to the overlay. This adds nbdime to the tree (instead to the overlay), which is the first release of this package (for which me and my colleagues waited for months).
Some tests currently fail since
git-nbmergetool, which is shipped with this package, is not yet registered as git mergetool:However, running
distutils_install_for_testingcauses setup.py to abort with:Haven't yet found the time to have a deeper look, but would appreciate a merge.
