In library you can get book's cover image from ZLTreeTitledItem.

Yes, but I'm talking about large book cover in MobileBookInfoDialog, as like in FBReaderJ version

Like this? I get them from ZLTreeTitledItem, Book info from main menu is an exception.

I think we should make a new type of OptionEntry -- PictureEntry, and implement their view implemetation in our UI parts.
