Spring Security logs out users when attempting to set privs on metadata. #158

If user with "editor" profile attempts to set permissions on a metadata record which is published to all it automatically logs out the user. There are not errors generated to the user.

…roper permission if there is a need to make a change. Since the user interface does now allow editor to change the group <= 1 they should not be any attempt to changes.
