Describe the bug

The reaction bar gets duplicated if you edit your post.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Make a post
  2. Wait for someone to react on it
  3. Edit the post
  4. Observe

Additional Context

IDK if glitch-soc itself can handle reactions, the instance i'm on actually runs on Chuckya, a fork of glitch-soc with a few additional features. But this should be reproducible with any reaction-compatible environment.
