MAPL 2.0.0 official release is still one or more weeks away so this commit does not represent the complete update to MAPL 2.0.0. CMake files in the new versions have not all been updated to work with GCHP CTM. This version currently does not compile pending more work. Signed-off-by: Lizzie Lundgren <elundgren@seas.harvard.edu>

I looks like there's an issue in gFTL-shared that's causing the CI quick-build to fail. I'll look into this |
