I am releasing 2.11.4 this week and might include this as a last-minute fix. |

We have been seeing this weird Travis build failure in which the build seems to hang after compiling the community modules, just before running the community release. The failure seen for this PR is one of these. At this point the main build has completed successfully, so this PR is a Travis pass. As release manager for 2.11.4 I approve this last-minute merge on to 2.11.x. |
