Move repository to it-depends-js organization

Needs to be done carefully as all tied services needs to be reconfigured to use organization account and different repo url

Steps:

1. Move repository to new one from the settings. I have no access to settings.
2. Appveyor build - change repo url in Settings/general: github repository.
3. Redirect Coveralls to new repo. (maybe generate new token for appveyor.yml file)
4. Replace gerich-home to it-depends-js in the docs.
