Chat in new Window is not scrollable on second screen

I think the primary problem is that when the chat is moved to new window it gets stuck and can't scroll it.
It works fine if I move it from side chat to current window.

Also,

I can pop out chat from side chat to new window and then move the new window to my second screen thats iPad in my case. But then can't scroll on the chat window in second screen.

The bug is only seen when the chat editor is only editor in the window. If I add one more editor to the window along with chat window, it works fine and can scroll.
