It would be nice if the video tag is enhanced to support the start time for videos, for example for YouTube URLs:

(video: https://youtu.be/<video id>?list=<list id>&t=<time in seconds>)

Either the parameters shouldn't be stripped or there should be a new optional parameter for the video tag to support a start time.

This is already supported by the YouTube() helper method but not by the video tag.
