This adds a new model, GroupSubscription, which can be used to indicate a user's explicit subscription status for issue updates. Additionally, whenever a user creates a comment, bookmarks, or update the status of an issue, they will be implicitly subscribed if they've not yet unsubscribed. /cc @getsentry/infrastructure @getsentry/api
This adds a new 'workflow:notifications' option, which can be modified to indicate a user does not which to participate by default in all conversations.
