管理端提供修改 LDAP 用户密码 #4

作者你好，

能否提供管理端能修改 Ldap 用户的密码？因为正常的使用中，Ldap 用户会忘记密码，需要手动重置用户密码？

同时，在新建用户的时候，能否选择给 Ldap 用户手动填入一个初始化密码？比如，企业新同事入职，都未必会有邮箱，而是先初始化一个默认密码（或者 123456），然后用户登录后才进行修改？
