Hello All,

I am not certain I am in the correct forum at present.
Please forgive me if I am in the wrong place. If you could possibly then direct me to the correct forum, I would be indebted to you.
I have used many open source products within my applications, including Mysql database product, and so on,
when I was developing free open source products such as a free homeless shelter software application for use
on the internet or a company intranet.

My question I have today I believe is a simple one and is non urgent.

I installed, for my first time, the Ghostery Browser in Linux Mint 21.
The Ghostery Browser is working as advertised, no issue there.
Although after installing the ghostery browser for my first time,
I expected the desktop icon to resemble or have the same or similar graphic as the ghostery plugin for say ----> the 'fire-fox' browser.
The ghostery plugin has a well established icon depicting a floating blue 'ghost' of some kind.
This floating ghost icon quickly identifies the plugin with the 'Ghostery' name.

Should not the desktop icon for the Ghostery Browser have the same image of a floating blue ghost as it's graphic?
I am many things, but am also an end user.
I don't recall now the image used on the Ghostery Browser's desktop icon, but I don't recall it being the floating blue ghost that I expected, unless I (%##@$ 'ed up) something during the installation process. I believe I used an installation script named install-ghostery.sh back on 12.13.2022 and I made a note to my self that the script did not work properly.

I have been searching the net looking for the desktop icon version of the tiny blue ghost that I find with the ghostery plugin.
I have not yet found one. Is there such an icon in existence? If so, where might I find it available for download?

As I stated above, this is a non urgent issue.

I suppose I could begin with the tiny blue ghost icon from the ghostery plugin,
and re-scale it to be the same size as a common desktop icon (48x48 perhaps). I have not tried that yet, as it has just
entered my mind just now as I am typing this forum question. I guess that would work. The resulting icon might hold a resemblance
of the little ghost, and be perhaps stretched and fuzzy, out of focus.

But I think the proper thing for me to do is to download the official blue ghost icon made for the Ghostery Browser application,
if one exists.

Again, I will repeat now, this is not an urgent issue.

If you feel at this point that I am mad, out of my mind, please respond to my post and tell me so. I will then delete my
account I have for git hub, and then slink under my programming desk, where I shall sit in the dark, with my thumb in my mouth
wondering why I ever installed the Ghostery Browser in the first place, and return to using the fire-fox browser provided within the installation ISO of Linux Mint 21. (Yes, I am a fan of run-on sentences).

Thank you in advance.
Cheers and all that good stuff...
Alice

P.s., I haven't been able to find my medication bottle for weeks. Does it show?
