The aim of the project is to be able to compare any two entities from the vast domain of Biology. Currently, the system is best at providing comparisons between two entities from the world of plants and animals.
The project is still in active development.
- Building the dataset.
- Extraction of inlinks and outlinks.
- Building a front-end for displaying the information.
- Using information from Wikipedia abstracts to assert comparability.
- Finding metrics for actual comparison, once comparability is established.
- Successfully doing an in-depth comparison of the given entities.
