After taking 584 iterations solve_ocp_qp_ipm() returns a solution containing NaNs. The return code is nevertheless 0, which indicates success.

The failed QP im MATLAB format: failed_qp.txt. Take into account that the S matrices are transposed compared to the HPIPM convention and the stages are numbered from 1.
