项目怎么打开的，请教一下

你好，我是个C#的初学者，看到你的项目，我想学习一下。下载你的源码后有几个无法加载，我用的是2019的专业版，我不知道是不是还缺少了什么程序，请问下我有可能是少安装了什么吗？

window10 + vs2019+.net core 3.0 preview9 以及uwp的开发环境应该就可以了
