Related to #12

Follow these steps:

  1. go to https://id.atlassian.com/manage/api-tokens and create a token
  2. close all the VsCode instances
  3. open one VsCode instance
  4. setup the jira-plugin with:
    4.a url: your base Atlassian url (https please!)
    4.b username: your full email
    4.c password: the token
