We are looking into this issue, to help us debug further can you provide the IDE version you are using and the OS. Also can you restart your IDE and see if the problem persists.

Can you send an email on support@bito.ai, with your email ID that are using to access Bito?
Also can you check if https://bitoai.bito.ai/ is accessible from your machine via web browser

Unfortunately we do not have any mirror site, also access to domain is needed for Bito to function.
