Key Rollover

Would be great if the user interface surfaced "You need to change this password!" per a key rollover policy based on when the password information was added or last updated.

e.g. That would let you say for a Vault that passwords need to be changed annually.

Would love to have this, but need to think more about how to define it. Vaults are dead (See #19), so there's not a clear place where this belongs.

We could allow teams to define rollover policies, and any item shared with a team simply has to conform to the policies of that team.
