It would be nice when you could import a ready workspace from the GUI client. I am sure that info sits somewhere on the harddisk?

I was very confused that gk ws switch didn't list the (configured cloud) workspace from the gui, I actually expected it to share the config with gitkraken gui.

@jankatins this request is specifically for local workspaces as they are not currently shared between GK CLI and GitKraken Client.

However, Cloud Workspaces should be shared between the Client and CLI. Can you confirm you are logged in with the same account and have the same organization set in GK CLI as you do in GitKraken Client (gk user-info)?

@jkelroy Oups: wasn't logged in at all (got no hints from the cli that I should). Strange that it needs a login to access the gitkraken config/WS? I always thought that the "cloud" in cloud WS meant that it was connected to azure, not that it was saved in the cloud?

Anyways: works now, I've access to my WS now thanks!

Local workspaces created in GitKraken Desktop are now accessible from GK CLI v2.0.0. You may download the latest version here.
