[MEM-87] Buttons for replying to comments

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Swipe left to comment is not intuitive for some of us.

Describe the solution you'd like
In addition swipe left to reply, show a reply button that can be clicked by those that are swipe-challenged.
So user has option to swipe or click button to reply.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Have not considered any, perhaps only having documentation that describes reply by swipe. But having to check documentation to perform a basic action is bad UX

Additional context
After creating this screenshot, I searched closed issues and found Issue#5 that describes swipe to reply and confirmed that the swipe gesture works.
But I do not have previous experience with the Apollo app and it did not occur to me to swipe to reply... instead I was scratching my head that a reply feature was missing and grabbed screenshot to submit a bug.

Thanks for the feedback! I have a design available to integrate those. It will be a toggle in settings.
