What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use an non-english android
2. Execute a backup
3. Go to gmail to view your SMS

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In gmail, SMS are displayed with received date = backup date. This is
caused by the date formatting which should always be in english.

Expected headers :
Message-ID: xxxx
Subject: SMS with XXXX
To: xxxx
...
Date: Wed, 29 jull 2009 10:57:46 +0200

Got :
Date: mer., 29 juil. 2009 10:57:46 +0200
(my android phone is in french)
