(I hope this is the correct place to report issues like this; otherwise please indicate where to best raise in the future)

mwan3 package is out of date on https://fw.gl-inet.com/releases/v19.07.8/packages-3.0/ath79:

# opkg list mwan3
mwan3 - 2.8.4-2 - Hotplug script which makes configuration of multiple WAN interfaces simple
 and manageable. With loadbalancing/failover support for up to 250 wan
 interfaces, connection tracking and an easy to manage traffic ruleset.

Meanwhile, latest upstream for 19.07 is 2.8.16-1 and glinet repos seem to already have merged 2.8.15-1 for 19.07.7.
