Bug in [GPV Interactive Report/Grid to MSExcel v2] plugin in APEX

I thank you for the [GPV Interactive Report/Grid to MSExcel v2] plugin and I use frequently in my Project .
I see a bug and I want to report you to fix it .Thanks for your attention .

I use this plugin in IG and everything is good in EN language , but when I change my language
XLSX button disappeared and I cant Export IG to Excel .
I attach images to clear it .
1-OK in EN language

2-Not OK in farsi Lguage (Farsi is RTL Language)
