Format is so useful I wish it was a stand alone library. #1

https://github.com/glguy/advent/blob/main/common/src/Advent/Format.hs would work very well for many ad-hoc parsing tasks.

Would you consider making it a standalone library on hackage, or do you know of anything similar?

I'm open to releasing this as a standalone library, but I'll probably wait until AoC 2022 is finished before taking that on.
