Notification Problem #2615
Comments
Perphaps you did a private followup or did you change your settings for the notification ? |
No, I don't use private followup and I didn't change any configuration, It
used to work fine and it just stoped working from a day to another.
I tried to check in the debug mode but i didn't get any error.
Thanks

GLPI is not sending some notification, for example when add a followup the notification is sent only to the technician in charge of the ticket and not to the requester.
