It would be great if Zefyrka have features such as mention and hashtag highlight with customizable symbols
Any plan to support this features?

We don't have any plans to add this feature in the nearest future. However you can implement it by you own.

You need to observe any changes in a document with the NotusChange.changes stream. After you detect a change you can scan the document based on your rules (to detect mentions and hashtags) and apply the needed formatting (color or background color).
