Enabled in v4 of the online minerva apps.coursevector.com/minerva. Right click
in the sidebar tree to create/edit/delete.

Great! But, would it still be possible to have the offline version? Sometimes,
I don't have access Internet, or in case of DDoS or, if it goes offline for
some reason..

If you open the browser and it loads once, you are good to go. It doesn't rely
on anything on my server to function, it does it all in the browser. Maybe I
could work it into a chrome app so it's cached locally or something. Maybe down
the line, want to put that as a feature request?
