You should have set up your pc with python at least at version 3.7. Install the requirements with

pip install -r requirements

Procedure to reproduce our analysis

Before proceding to execute the notebooks in SOAP_top_down_analysis it is mandatory to create the references in the directory create_reference.

Then the rest of the result do not depend on each other
